A Live Online Workshop
Transforming your stories about
belonging & worth
Only $67
Somewhere along the way, you learned that you might not be enough.
That love is conditional. That belonging must be earned.
That story wasn't born from nowhere, it was a creative response to real pain. And it's been quietly running your relationships, your choices, and your sense of worth ever since. This workshop is an invitation to look at that story clearly, with compassion, and begin writing a new one.
Part of the Lucid Living Journey
This workshop grew directly out of Nisha and Norma's dream work teaching. In past classes, students repeatedly discovered that their most persistent dream themes - being chased, unable to speak, searching for someone who isn't there - were the rejection wound speaking in symbols. The waking work and the dream work have always been one conversation. This workshop is the daylight half of that.
You don't need any background in lucid dreaming to be here. And if you do have that background - you'll recognize the territory immediately.
Is This For You?
"The rejection wound isn't a flaw.
It's a story, and stories can be rewritten."
In this workshop: we're learning to see the wound clearly, understand where it came from, and consciously choose the stories we want to live by going forward.
How We'll Spend Our Time
Hour One
We trace the rejection story back to its roots: the early experiences that taught you what belonging required. We meet the internal voices that have been running the show. And we begin to see the wound with compassion rather than shame.
Hour Two
We take the story apart. We look at the beliefs you formed about yourself, about others, about what it takes to belong. Together we gather a fuller picture. The wound had evidence for its story. So does your healing.
Hour Three
This is where it shifts. Using the workbook and guided exercises, you'll craft a new narrative - one that holds both the truth of your pain and the truth of your worth. You'll leave with a concrete practice to carry it forward.
What You'll Take Home
A clear, written picture of the stories that have been running underneath your relationships, and where they actually came from.
A personally-written narrative about your worth and belonging. This is a genuine, evidence-based reframe.
Practical, personalized tools for the moments when old wounds flare: grounding statements, cognitive reframes, and somatic practices.
Daily micro-practices sent after the workshop to help your new story take root in real life - not just in the workshop container.
There's something powerful about being seen in your healing. This workshop is with a cohort of others, you won't feel lost in a crowd.

Your Facilitators
Nisha has spent years working at the intersection of consciousness, the subconscious mind, and emotional healing. Her work began with lucid dreaming — teaching people to wake up inside their dreams — and expanded into the deeper territory that dreams inevitably reveal: our attachment wounds, our relationship patterns, and the stories we carry about whether we belong.
She guides with warmth, honesty, and a deep respect for the pace of healing.
Norma brings deep expertise in shadow work and trauma-informed healing to this container. Her practice is built on the understanding that what we most need to heal is often what we've most carefully hidden — from others, and from ourselves.
She specializes in guiding people through the parts of themselves that have been exiled: the grief that never had space, the anger that got buried under "keeping the peace," the child-self who learned too early that love had conditions. Her approach is somatic, relational, and profoundly compassionate.
In this workshop, Norma holds the space for the parts that are hardest to look at — and brings years of experience making that process feel safe enough to actually do.

Common Questions
Not at all. This workshop is designed to be a gentle, accessible entry point. That said, if you're currently in active trauma processing, you're welcome to join and participate at whatever depth feels right for you. You never have to share more than you choose.
All registrants receive the full replay. The workbook exercises are designed to be completed at your own pace, so you'll still get the full benefit even watching later. That said, there's something special about being in the live container - we'd encourage you to show up if you can.
Never. All sharing is completely optional. You can stay on camera or off, share in chat or stay quiet, and participate in exercises entirely privately in your workbook. The group space is an invitation, not a requirement.
Yes, meaningfully so - though you don't need any dream work background to be here. The waking work and the dream work have always been part of the same conversation. If you're a Lucid Dreaming Master Class student, this will feel like the missing daylight piece of what you've been doing in sleep.
Refunds aren't available for this class. However, if something comes up, your registration fee can be applied toward a future offering.
